Daniel Burton is the Vice President of Multi-Family and Student Housing at Thornbury Capital Partners. His focus is exclusively on multi-housing investment sales throughout Texas and the United States. Over the past five years, Daniel has been involved in over 30 transactions valued at over $200 million, working with private investors, developers, and lenders.
Daniel began his multifamily career working first in operations (maintenance and leasing) and then on the capital markets side. A few years ago, he became an investment sales agent with a leading national investment sales firm in Dallas/Fort Worth, providing investment advisory, transaction services, and research across the state of Texas. During his time at the firm, he received multiple awards for his work ethic and ability to close difficult transactions.
Daniel grew up in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In his free time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is also an avid basketball fan, and outside of work and family you can often find him on the court.
